any one know any thing about this Vintage Parrot Macaw, chalkware ? i got it years ago and i know only that its old and made with chalk. if any one know about what age it mite be i would love to hear about it.
come on no one knows nothing about this bird ? I've looked on line for two years and found nothing.please take a look .
I purchased one exactly like this at an antique shop recently. I have been trying to find out any info on it. Looks like I've run into a brick wall. If you have found out anything let me know, Thanks.

This Macaw is from the 1930's or 1940's.
The one I have was a prize won on the boardwalk
Of the New Jersey shore in that period.
I love my macaw!!!
Additional comment; these chalkware birds are called carnival ware because they were prizes won at carnivals from 1910 to 1940.
Would love to find another "survivor"!
