Antique black coin purse with brass frame, chain, ring, and clasp

I bought this old coin purse at a garage sale this weekend. I can't find any identifiers. All I can tell is that it's very old. It is 4 1/2 inches tall and 4 inches wide. The chain is about 6 inches end to end. The clasp, chain, and ring on front are all brass, I believe. I haven't found anything online that remotely resembles it. The lining is so old it's turning to dust. Has anyone seen anything like it? I have to admit I know next to nothing about antique purses. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
