Gold pendant found metal detecting around an early 1800's abandoned home . Both sides are gold with the same pattern but in between the 2 sides is a small token of some sort that appears to be silver. Does anyone have a clue what this is or what time frame it's from?

I had a silver pendant that was very similar to this one. In the center, instead of a flower, was a tiny cross decorated with Marcasites. It was made in Germany in the first half of the 20th Century. You're going to have to clean it up, edit your post and add more photos. Hard to tell you very much when the pendant is still so dirty. :-)) Let it soak for about 15 minutes in hot water and dish soap, then clean it thoroughly with a very soft toothbrush and dry it completely.

Thanks for your input, I'll clean it up a little bit better this afternoon and post more pictures. Thanks again
