Crystal Biscuit or Cookie Jar With Lid Canister Heavy Cut Glass

I think I got this piece in 1989 for a wedding gift. I only have a few "recent" pieces, as opposed to the collection that I inherited from my grandparents. It's a heavy piece, weighs over 4 lbs! It's 8" tall and 5" in diameter. The berries and leaves are etched in and the ribbon and the rest is cut in.

I sure could use some help identifying this one.... I'm not even too sure how to describe the design, it's got a lot going on.
