Some years after acquiring the preceding bowl, I found this very similar example. Not a perfect pair, as this one is slightly smaller, with a darker green edge, & a more pronounced band of opalescence, it nevertheless is an excellent companion. The bowl measures 8.5 cm tall, 11.7 across the crimped, tricornered top rim, & 7.5 cm across the applied, rustic footed base. It is made from very pale green glass, with a small amount of uranium (less than the other bowl - the UV glow is somewhat fainter), & has a dark green edge to the top rim, with a band of milky opalescence below. The applied footed base is of a pale yellow - green. Obviously by the same maker as it's companion, & I'm fairly certain both are of English origin.
