I have a pair of these from the same maker and brought home by a US soldier after his service during WW1. The other one has an aluminum tail section.
The large propeller is marked "France 1918".
The center rifle cartridge is dated 1915 and the artillery shell base is dated 1918.
The wings and struts are from shell brass.
I really like the way the craftsman added the detailed etched design to the wings, tail, and base. The quality really shows on this piece.
