I found this Hotwheels Drum at a Thrift store
Can't seem to find any information on it through many Google searches
Approximately 10" tall
16" wide

SP2
3 98
In bottom markings, I'm thinking it was made in 1998 ?
Rings & lid are made of metal
Sides & bottom are made out of cardboard
Any information is appreciated
