    This humidor has been in our family for at least 30 years. I have not seen one with an iron base before. Hardware does appear to be quite old, not sure if the knob was replaced. I would greatly appreciate any information and or guesses as to the age/value/history of this piece. Thanks!

      I don't recall seeing one with an iron base either.

      The overall style/ construction/ decorative door is indicative of 1920s- 40s.

      Agree the white knob stands out, may have had a black one at one time.

      If you can, please add a photo of the bottom that shows the attachment of the iron legs to the base.

      I have the same humidor! I know nothing about it. I got it from a garage sale a few years back and I have been doing research ever since. Let me know if you find anything out about it!!
