Looking at the markings I think it is WHH for William Hair Haseler, as you can see the mark is extremely rubbed. There is 925 for silver but no other markings which I find wierd as usually you would have the town and date mark. I've looked at some of his pendants and I think this is similar in design, I was thinking it could have been made for Liberty & Co. The pendant looks old but in quite good condition, I know William Haseler died in December 1909, is company continued in partnership with Liberty until 1926.
