See my earlier post in Show and Tell for the matching glasses which njwilson identified as pattern BV102 from 1963, Bertil Vallien's first full year at the Åfors works.
I'd love to know the pattern number for these glasses as well :)
I was born in 1963 so this is great news!
Great color! Great design. Love it :)

Sorry for writing so much, please feel free to delite :)
Oh my gosh! Thanks so much Elisabethan! Fantastic! Yes, BV 112 in the Trumpet series. Now I just want to know what they call this size of glass and the other ones I posted earlier. These are 3 oz. the others are 4 oz.
And no apology needed!!! I am thrilled for your help :)
It sais in the text that from what the person has seen there are 4 sizes of this glass. The person makes the conclusion that he/she has shown the largest glass in the photo and it's 17,5 cm.
My "speciality" is the swedish language not glass but I hope this might help you on the way.
Lycka till (good luck)! :)
Last link :) there are some interesting links in this diskussion :

Did you see the link to the drawing 112?
Öl=Beer
Vin= Vine
Brännvin= Aquavit or snaps
Thanks so much...my Swedish is non-existent so I have to use the translate feature which is sometimes, I am sure, not quite right. So thanks for all your help :)

One of the pictures says Dricks which I used google translate to "Tips"...does that have any other meaning?
http://www.bertilvallien.se/BV110.pdf
And this one...it looks like a drawing of these glasses and the writing seems to be Bbrannvin, but that translates to Firefighter LOL! That can't be right.
LOL! We were typing at the same time!
Brännvin= Aquavit or snaps
That makes a lot more sense than firefighter!!
Ha ha :) Rosiegirl. No figherfighters around :). That's also a very strange translation for brännvin :D
Now "dricks", I think they have shorten the word "dricksglas" which means just a regular glass for drinking water, milk or any other drink you would drink in everyday life. That's the type of glass that you would set the table with when you have lunch.
Great info Elisabethan! I have the wine glasses in this series, and always just called it the Blue Series. Great to have more background on them.
Lovely set Rosie!
Thanks Elisabethan and Racer4four! So good to have all this great info :)
I have some similar coupe champagne glasses.
