This is an unusual piece, I can't find anything like it on the internet and it's not signed either. I'm guessing it's from the 1920s. It's 5 inches tall, and 4.5 wide from fish tail to fountain spout, it weighs almost a pound and a half.
It's just a pretty looking piece that brings a smile to my face.

Thanks for reply Master. Just did a worldwide ebay search, a lot of nice looking ones out there. None in this particular design though. I have another one of a Phoenix bird with lotus flower, inherited them both from my in-laws. Two entirely different pieces though. This one is more whitish, the other greenish. The other one is signed and numbered, although not particularly legible...
