Hi my name is Don and I've been working in stained glass for about twenty five years now. Your clock is very nice looking but I could'nt tell you who U Bordine might be, but here is a break down of it's worth. The clock frame would run about 40 to 50 dollars, the clock works about another 12 to 20 dollars and the glass and foil about 15 to 20 dollars. I have made a few of these over the years and still have one on my mantle. If you have a stained glass shop in your area you can have it looked at and see if it might need anything done to it, and if not then just enjoy it as a rather neet find from the thrift store. I hope that I have been of some small help to you.
