    The beautiful oil painting was created by D. Lupin in 1962 and the painting is 56" x 21" in the frame. My husband and I have this displayed in our home. We both have been wondering for awhile the history of this painting and setting. Does anyone have any information on this artist or painting? Thanks!

      this is a modern interpretation of an 18th century painting by Francesco Guardi - arch ruins near Venice.
