two chairs purchased in TN approx. 20 years ago, looking for any info. on them.

This is photo is one of two chairs I purchased in TN approx. 20 years ago.
They stand appox. 45" tall .
Looking for anyone that might have any idea on age, manufacture, style, etc.
I found where there was a paper tag stapled on bottom that has been torn off.
