A brass padlock made by the company of Lowe & Fletcher of Willenhall in England. It is stamped ESB and the number 76E/C. I don't know what the number means but the letters in this case stand for Electricity Supply Board.
It is 3 inches at its widest point and 4.75 inches high overall. This company is still making locks.
