Can someone help me? This one is really confusing me! I've been googling for days. It's seems Google is calling it a punch bowl but it seems a little small for that. It has no makers mark. Can someone tell me what the pattern is called? Who made it? And What year it's made? Thank you.

Research it as a "compote". Looks to be EAPG. I have one similar made in 1889 by Thompson glass. Someone on here will bail you out.
