    So i boght this lovely ashtray at a used stuff store for 300 krónur iclelandic. Thats 3.10$ Love it...think i will start collecting this wood pattern amber glass now. It looks like it has never been used. Its in perfect condission :)

      Rose is correct, it's Anchor Hocking Soreno, these came in different colors, gold, green, and blue, and were very popular. I still have one of the gold which belonged to my grandparents! :)

      Think mine is also gold...it looks darker in the picture then actually is. I will take picture in the daylight tomorrow

      Still have or maybe had one of these and have 1/2 a dozen Huge ashtrays from the 50s 60s and 70s
      I knew then that smoking as starting to go out of vogue and giant ashtrays would become a thing of the past.

      Think tjis one is called gold. The other 2 pictures are darker and look like amber
