I saw other similar footed bowls in this Herringbone/Zigzag pattern listed in CW but the colour combinations were different. This 5 1/8" tall by 4 1/2" wide footed bowl has an iridescent purple cup/bowl with amber feet that are each stamped/crimped "slovakia". On one foot, you can see that the complete mark would have been czecho over slovakia but there is no room to include the over mark. I don't recall if the other similar vases listed on CW had the crimped mark in the feet. I have a taller spatter vase that has the same crimped mark. Some people think that these vases/bowls had lids but I don't really know. Any comments! BOB

I have posted one herringbone gold iridescent vase and seen a group of others, but think they are still in that great big "?" pile atm.
