Hello, the first item is all white rhinestones and I don't know much about it, other than it is one of my favorite pieces. I bought it at a yard sale over 18 years ago, and was told it was used as a prop for a theater in PA. The bracelet is blue teardrop stones, with ab rounds along the sides, it too is one of my favorites. I don't know if they have a specific maker, neither are signed or marked, but I love them just the same! Thanks for letting me share them!
