Recovered from a church basement (which no longer contained said boiler) in a small Arkansas town a number of years ago. (actually during the period of time when Gov. Clinton had achieved a somewhat 'higher office') This is a State of Arkansas annual boiler inspection certificate, bearing the (facsimile) signature of then Governor Bill Clinton, issued on March 17, 1980. In an approx. 7" x 8" frame (behind glass, as specified by the very bottom line of 'fine print'!) it was found kicked off in a corner of the dirt-floored basement -- some of that dirt is no doubt still on it because all I've ever done to "clean" it is wiping it with a dry paper towel. Now it safely survives as a part of my collection of "stuff" hanging in the rafters over my workbench.
