I bought this radio from a friend at Fort Richardson, Alaska, in 1950. It has been a cherished part of my life ever since then.
The radio works although at the present it needs an antenna. I have recently had a new tuning eye installed. I also have a schematic.
The console is in fairly good shape with a few scratches and dings.
Does anyone have any idea as to it's value?
Around 1800 to 2000; possibly more. If your looking to sell, consider basic aesthetic upkeep. There's no need for chassis restoration. It's on the 'wish list' of hard-core collectors; many of whom prefer to do their own restorations or have someone they know do it.

Rick: Thanks so much for your estimate of value. I absolutely had no idea as to what it was worth so it is nice to have some idea. No, after consultation with my daughter, it will not be sold and will remain in the family. She said she always loved the radio as much as I did and would love to have it "when I no longer need it". Hi, I have a simular radio from the 1930s in good shape and working well never restored. It was made here in seattle Wa By (Seattle radio MFG co.) Could you give me an idea of value? It apears to be the only one left anywaer only 37 made. Thankyou Tim
