This is a black and white watercolor from the early 1930's by E. Kujawa. She was born in Poland and came to America as a teen. She once worked for the NY Daily News doing the sewing pattern column. She was an amazing artist. This picture is 10" x 12" and on the bottom left it reads "Costume by Arnold Constable". Arnold Constable was one of the First Department stores in New York City. E.K. signed and dated her work.
Timeles...lovely!...:-)
