My mother bought this for me many years ago at an antique store in Hernando, MS. I have never seen another like it yet. Welcome any suggestions. I know it's approximately 100 yrs old, and has the claw and ball feet.

Based on function and some of the construction; I think you have something from the mid 20th century.

Thank you Scott, that was my line of thinking too. It is hand carved as well and opens up fully, completely functioning doors and bottle holders. I don't know what kind of wood it's made from though.
