Whimsical charm bracelet - Vintage? Antique?

LUCKY CHARM charm bracelet!
This was included in my shoe box of goodies that consisted of family heirlooms passed down through the generations in addition to pieces from my great great aunt who worked for a major movie studio in costume design.
I believe this piece to be from my grandmother given the simplicity of it. Maybe once it is cleaned and I wear it it will bring me the luck of the Irish!
