One thing about travelling around the country you never know what you will find when you get off the main trail and check out the back roads. While travelling through Ontario this is something I liked to do. After finding a couple of small treasures and asking questions I ended up at a place which was full of 1950' and 60's card board, plastic and a bit of metal store product ads and only a handful of 40's ads. Most of the displays were like the philishave display in unused conditions as they were doubles or triples. The owner of them was a retired peace officer who told me when he was covering his territory he would stop in all the local second hand and antique stores to visit and also to see if he could find things he collected. He didn't really collect store ads and explained most he had received for free or very cheap. Well we did some dealing. The above store display is for the new Philishave rotary electric " Speedshaver " Some of the ads for example a key chain ad still had some of the key chains.
