This is nicely made jug with black accents, a fire polished rim, a well fitting stopper and a neatly ground pontil.
Update See the link, @comment seven, which identifies this shape as probably being Harrach.

I can not find the reference at all, but it seems to me that I have seen this piece attributed to Harrach at some point.
That's interesting.....I've come across another one but the attribution wasn't credible.
