This is nicely made jug with black accents, a fire polished rim, a well fitting stopper and a neatly ground pontil.
Update See the link, @comment seven, which identifies this shape as probably being Harrach.
Height 19 cm./7.5 inches
Very nice!..:-)
Thanks inky, :)
I can not find the reference at all, but it seems to me that I have seen this piece attributed to Harrach at some point.
That's interesting.....I've come across another one but the attribution wasn't credible.
Coooool.
Shape is fantastic and I love the bee hive stopper!
Yeah, Karen it holds its own on the shelf........

Thank you, SEAN.
Thank you to those who looked and clicked!
Peggy, Brian Severn is, as you may know, very knowledgeable about Harrach, and he wrote an article about Harrach Tango glass. I thought you may like to read it. Here is a link to it: http://www.glasscollector.net/Blog/glass-notes/harrach-tango-glass-yes/
Hi Michelle, thank you for the link. It makes interesting reading. I wonder whether the documentation represents a part or all of the Harrach Tango Glass production.
Sure thing! I believe the article just shows some examples of Harrach tango, and not all of the items they made.
