    I found what I believe to be fossilized Faviidae Stony Coral? while walking in some deep woods in Northern Michigan there was 8 or 10 about this size all next to each other like they likely had been for ? 10s of 1000s of years? I only took this one as I think they look better where they lay.
    The only thing I am sure of is that it is fossilized the rest is a guess any ideas?
    Again I'm not sure what category to put this in but it is Native to America ;p

    Here in the Michigan north woods our Daffodils have been open a week or so and the Tulips should be open tomorrow as seen here.

      It's a rough sample of some sort of Hexa coral. Not sure if it's Faviidaie, though.

      Well, some sort of colony coral. I used to be good at IDing them, but it's been years since I touched my guides.
