My Grandmother's sideboard

This was my Grandmother's sideboard. It was originally dark with what appeared to be a stripped wood, but when I had it refinished, I was told that the stripes had been painted on. It is made out of Oak and Maple. Can anyone give me an idea of how old it might be? The only word that I can make out on the label on the back is West. Also any idea who the manufacture might be? I'm trying to find two knobs that match the drawers, as the ones on the doors were missing.
