Handmade in Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains at the eastern entrance to Shenandoah National Park on Virginia Route 33.
On our way home Sunday and was so happy to find Blue Ridge Pottery was open :)
I love the pieces with the moutains on them but I had to pass up on a piece for myself but did get a gift for someone very special. Which I can post after I give the gift....not before...don't want to give it away ;)
In pic#1 to the left you can see the stone structure I posted yesterday.
Gotta love The purple mountains majesty there pottery looks nice too, Used to go to a little town Haysi VA to visit and hit the Breaks Interstate Park

While I'm stuck in KY, I just might jump on my mighty Honda 250 & cruise over there. Main obstacle is WV but VA has much to offer.

Kind of what I had in mind, Melanie. Cruise down the Skyline or barrier islands casually & then split thru FL and put my trusty steed on a boat for SXM. Take a week or two(or three). It's a rough life !!

Melanie, they breed cattle in WV with 2 legs on one side shorter than the others so they don't fall off the mountains . Now if you believe that, I have for sale, this week only, a -------
