Hi we have here a George Eland cobalt blue hamilton with chisel lip Newcastle
embossed with trade mark GE monogram established AD 1837 then to other side embossed G Elands potass water cross street westgate road Newcastle
in super original condition mineral waters
date late 1880s

hi Karen they would be most likely made in local North East glasshouses where there was an abundance of on the Tyne & Wear but cannot be certain as non are marked as blue hamiltons go .Glass making on the Tyne goes as far back as the 1700 hundreds
