    There are no identifying notes or photographers info on this photo. I think it is a school class, but there are two young men in what appears to be military academy uniforms. I was thinking circa. 1890s.

      They aren't ROTC.

      I noticed a lot of the boys are holding kepis. One does have letters on the front but even the original photo magnified is unreadable.
