I've had this pendant for some time and always thought it was very interesting. At the top is Pal Kepenyes signature , then it says El Arbul Del Tule Oaxaca around the tree. At the bottom it has 3 numbers that I know are significant to Pal Kepenyes. His story is very interesting and I added a pic that I found online of Galeria Espacio in Acapulco whose phone number was 744/484-3738. 84 37 38 are the numbers on pendant! Makes me think it might be a souvenier. Any info would be great!

Hi, simply translated El Arbul Del Tule/ The Tule tree. ) is a tree located in the church grounds in the town center of Santa María del Tule in the Mexican state of Oaxaca, approximately 9 km (6 mi) east of the city of Oaxaca on the road to Mitla. It is a Montezuma cypress (Taxodium mucronatum), or ahuehuete (meaning "old man of the water" in Nahuatl). It has the stoutest trunk of any tree in the world. In 2001 it was placed on a UNESCO tentative list of World Heritage Sites. It is not too far from where I live in the state of Puebla. His art is world renowned. Your piece as you are thinking is probably a souvenier.
