Started collecting six months ago. Mostly from charity shops and that well known online auction site. There's another eight binoculars to be added to the photo including a pair of 8.5x44 Swift Audubon 804 Gold Stripe Type 3 Heavy and 10x50 CZJ's. Although a number of pairs may not be classed as 'collectable, I still enjoy them. Amongst them is a pair of 'Heron Mark II' 8x40 made in Japan showing a blue heron on the left front plate. Any background on this make would be appreciated. Thanks
