Cameo,necklace ,pin,on

I brought this cameo 40 +years ago in a male for my mother,she never put in on except for two time at a wedding / she gave it back when she thought it would be better for me to have it /I believe it 18c. Gold n from the 40s I've had it now for about 15 years.an don't know much else about it,looking for someone interested .it has a signed name on the back.and a diamond in the neck less .
