small black porcelain vase with gold lip and gold picture of victorian type figures the man is kissing the ladies hand and she has a staff of types in her other hand abit like little bo peep. it has a golden mark on the base unsure of language but dosnt look asian to me but i could be wrong unsure if it is old or not but any information on origion maker or age would be appreciated many thanks for any help Rob
