    Has written on it- yulcans, or vulcans, d.r.p. USA pat. 26.7.10. D.r.p. 217698. Item has a brass cylinder at the rear which contains wadding of some description, sat on a wooden base.

      Probably Vulcan, they are out of Romania and make vulcanizes for a number of applications. Back in the days of tires with inner tubes every garage had a vulcanizer.
