Hand carved rosewood chair. I have had this for over 50 years and don't know it's origins.

This chair is hand carved rosewood but i don't know when it was made.
I have had it for a long time and would like to know if anyone can tell me anything about it. It is really unusual and has casters on the back legs with the name TOLER on them.
