Chinese pen and cloisonné plate

I found this pen and this plate and yard sale a while back. I also found a silk paged Chinese book at the same sale and it is in another post. The band comes in a wooden box and is very pretty and fancy looking. The cloisonné plate is not very big and features a fruit basket. Thanks for stopping by
