This small Victorian glass jug is made from two layers of cased glass - pale yellow - green with swirling white stripes, over a pale golden yellow interior. The outer layer contains uranium & glows under UV light. The jug measures 8 cm tall, 4.7 cm across the cut top rim, & 4 cm across the base, which has a rather off - centre pontil mark. It also has a clear, pale pink applied handle. I think possibly Bohemian - the swirling stripe on yellow is seen on numerous items by Welz, but I'm not certain enough to attribute it...any thoughts welcome.
So delicate.
