Good morning, recently i bought two wood wall phones.
They apears old enought but i'm not able to find exactly information about them.
This one is marked on the back: gpo c23/235 n.1
Is this phone original? Is this a reproduction?

Fairly sure this is orig., even though I am not familiar with the make or model.

Going with original on this one too. A nice touch is the schematic.

Hi this was origionally a 1923 (the C23 marking) British Bell set No 1. that would have been paired with British 1920's candlestick telephone known as a Model 150. See the pictures at https://www.abdyantiques.co.uk/candlestick-telephones
However at some point (possibly in the the late 1930's or 1940's) it has been modified with the addition of a magneto generator and handset. At that point it would have been used as either a railway telephone or a factory phone. Hope this helps :-)
