I found all these jars about 30 years ago piled in the dirt in a corner of an old carriage house. Pretty sure they would qualify as "depression glass"...??
All are made of clear ribbed glass with thin aluminum screw-on lids. The TEA canister measures about 4-3/4" high and 3-3/8" across, and all the spice jars are 4-1/4" high and 2-3/8" at their widest. Each of the spice jars has a flat (non-ribbed) area (about 1" x 1-1/2") on its front where a label could be (or was?) applied. There are no specific maker's marks but each jar has a round spot in the center of its bottom. (maybe just a molding mark?)
Does anybody recognize these and know any more about them??? I've always wondered (at least) if the TEA jar was the smallest (?) of a set of kitchen countertop canisters, but have never come across any other examples like these, of any size.

WOW WOW WOW -- that looks *exactly* like what these are?!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TallCakes for the ID! Not sure I'd ever heard of Hoosier Cabinets before and one definitely wouldn't fit into (or even look right in) my 1950's kitchen, but the canisters are still way-cool so I guess I'll have to keep my eye out for a matching COFFEE jar, at least?!
Thanks to Sir TallCakes I've found out I own a Traditional Mission Tea. I'm very impressed. Only thing is the lid isn't in such good shape.

Thanks for your info. I think I have a salt or pepper of the same design. Straight sides lid in fair condition.
How very nice of you to say that Gillian! What a pleasant surprise that my post might have led both you and Iceworm to 'discover' your own Hoosier glass pieces! (pics, please?!) Frankly, I'm also still somewhat beside myself that 'those old kitchen jars' I've had sitting around so long (they literally *did* come from the corner of a barn?!) are actually something far more interesting than I'd have ever guessed, not to mention that they're roughly 100yrs old??!!! <wow>
