Unfortunately, identifying a maker isn't possible as the necklace appears to only be marked "14K". Can you edit your post and put up clear, in focus photos?
The 14K mark looks to be double stamped and a bit "iffy" to me, too, so I would recommend taking it to a jeweler and having it tested for gold content.
Ok! I can't figure out how to add another pic after I deleted the other one I am having a blonde moment! I was wondering on a maker bc it is such an unusual link right? ???? I did get a better pic
