Anyone have any information on this perfume bottle with the gold filigree leaves?

Glass perfume with stopper. Gold filigree but I doubt that it's hand painted. (I don't know the techniques for how this was added to the glass). There's a transparent very tiny round label (?) that says Made in France. Stands 4" tall. It's very light in weight and thin. I'd like to know about when this was made if possible.
