Mid-century dining chair

Hello - just wondering if anyone has any ideas on this chair?

I've looked around and found chairs with a similar motif by Erik Anderson & Palle Pedersen, and Kurt Ostervig - but I can't find much info on them.

The chair was recently re-upholstered (no idea what was there before) - but it did come with the sticker in the photo (assuming this came from the chair originally)
