Kralik used several different (dare I say signature?) canes: there are one of those with the white:yellow:red.
Here the blowing has introduced bubbles or holes into several.
This is a large celery-handled jug at 26.5cm. It would have been sold with matching lemonade cups originally, some also had lids, but not this one, I think at least.
Relatively rare in the UK at least compared to US posts, but I do wonder about stuff squirrelled away by little old ladies like me (joke) so may be that more surfaces as our market catches up with the US.
Certainly, our home glass industry was running well by the time of this jug's production in 1928-1935.
Love this Ian.... I remember a full set of 6 glasses in this décor including this exact same pitcher and it's lid and only one glass had a small chip on it on ebay.co.uk about a year ago - £100 for the lot - why oh why did I let it go!!! Still kicking myself!!!
It's just gorgeous, Ian.....and no need to kick yourself :)
