    Base 9" x 4" Overall height 14 "
    I have had this lamp for 25+ years and it was vintage then. Cannot find another to compare to and wondering about its origins. There was a amber colored lamp shade around the bulb but it has broke. I have not replaced it and use as is.

      I don't see a lot of age to it.

      A photo of the underside of the base and the bulb socket w/o the bulb in it would be helpful in dating.

      seen these referred to as 'arching eagle lamps' but that's it. Here's a bit of info on the style:

      The added photos of the bottom and socket confirm to me that it is modern.

      These were very popular REPRODUCTIONS in the 1980s- 90s. I used to see them with regularity in antique stores.
