I need help in identifying dolls, Her head is leather or heavily painted fabric, stuffed with real cotton and woven string or horsehair. Her body appears to be heavy linen. fingers and toes are stuffed and separated by stitching. Her nose is metal of some sort and her eyes are painted with a hole in one. under the material, her ears are very detailed with a heavy waxy molded ear inside the fabric. each body part is stitched individually, chin, forehead, ears, 4 pcs for back of head to neck, arms are attached with stitched joint and the legs are hinged with some type of internal nut, it has been repaired on one leg with an external piece, that is not original. I really appreciate any info anyone has.

Hi there! We have a doll 'expert' on board here that is going to love this doll, I believe. She'll tell you all about it when she sees this!

She has all the look of a Kathy Kruse doll but very hard to tell as she is in bad condition . A whole body shot would help and hands

Your body and head all seem to have the seams in right place . Can you look at this photo and does your doll's body match it ?

I am sure it is a Kathe Kruse and one of her earliest which had a medal nose under fabric . So all is correct with you doll . She is worth restoring ! I believe it to be doll I . And is wonderful
