Clock found at Flea-Market. H.A.C ????

I believe this is a sample of a Grandfather Clock made by the HAC of Germany. It is about 12 inches tall. It has its original key and works for an hour or so at a time. We purchased this at a flea-market in Belfast, Ireland. Would like any information.
