I found this at a garage sale today. It was hanging in the garage. I asked the owner for any history and he told me that it used to be his Dad's and that he remembers having it for at least the last 50 years. It does not appear to be a photo or have a matting. The frame is old and the nails holding the back on are long and rusted. Other than that, I don't know anything about it. Would love any information regarding it. Value?

It is a print. Based on the framing, I would think this is early 20th century and probably made during TR's term or soon after.

These are nice decorative pieces but not big ticket items.
